SmartFOP Terms of Use

SmartFOP is an online service for sole proprietors that helps keep clients, counterparties, services, invoices, acts, plans, support, and basic analytics in one workspace.

Some modules may be under development or temporarily unavailable. If a module is not ready for regular use, we mark it in the interface.

After registration, the user gets access to the dashboard according to the active plan.

Plan prices are shown on the website in UAH. After successful payment, access is activated automatically or after the payment provider confirms the payment.

If the paid period ends or the wallet does not have enough funds for a charge, access may be limited according to the current plan.

Payments are processed online through the connected payment provider.

Payment confirmation is handled through a secure payment provider callback or payment status check.

The user is responsible for the correctness of seller details, client data, document amounts, and the content of generated invoices or acts.

SmartFOP is not tax, legal, or accounting advice. The service helps organize work, but final decisions remain with the user.
