Exchange and refund policy

Payments on the website cover access to SmartFOP features according to the selected plan.

SmartFOP does not sell physical goods and does not provide delivery. The user receives digital access to the online workspace after payment confirmation.

Because SmartFOP is a digital service, classic product exchange does not apply.

If the user selected the wrong plan or wants to switch plans, they may contact support. We will check the payment and, where technically and financially possible, move the unused balance to another plan or explain the top-up process.

A refund is possible for an unused access period or unused balance if the user contacts support and we can identify the related payment.

If paid access was not activated due to a technical issue, we will either activate the access or refund the payment after verification.

A refund may be reduced or declined if the paid period has already been used, paid features were already provided, or the user violated the service terms.

If part of the payment has already been charged for actually provided access, only the unused balance may be available for refund.

Include the account email, payment date and amount, refund reason, and, if available, the payment identifier or payment confirmation screenshot.

Requests are reviewed within 14 calendar days after we receive the request.

Refunds are sent to the same payment instrument used for the payment when technically possible through the payment provider.

Used access period, consumed paid features, or confirmed plan charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
