Refund policy
SmartFOP payments are for access to the online service. Refunds are considered for unused access periods or unused wallet balance.

When a refund is possible
A refund is possible for an unused access period or unused balance if the user contacts support and we can identify the related payment.
If paid access was not activated due to a technical issue, we will either activate the access or refund the payment after verification.
How to request a refund
Email dilatonsoft@gmail.com with the subject "SmartFOP refund".
Include the account email, payment date and amount, refund reason, and, if available, the payment identifier or payment confirmation screenshot.
Timing and refund method
Requests are reviewed within 14 calendar days after we receive the request.
Refunds are sent to the same payment instrument used for the payment when technically possible through the payment provider.
Used access period, consumed paid features, or confirmed plan charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
